William Willis was born in Windsor, Ontario. He joined the McTague Law Firm Business Law Department in 2006 and became a partner in 2009. His practice encompasses the provision of legal advice to and the representation of clients engaged in corporate and commercial activities. As part of his practice, William has acted as legal counsel in connection with several large transactions. William's clients include individuals, private companies, public sector institutions, financial institutions and non-profit organizations.
