Tom Serafimovski attended the University of Windsor for his undergraduate and law degree.  He articled with the McTague Law Firm prior to joining the firm as an associate in 1990 and became a partner in 1995.

Mr. Serafimovski is head of the Commercial Litigation Department and devotes the majority of his practice to the areas of commercial litigation, representing financial and institutional clients, as well as various corporate and insurance clients.  He also handles construction litigation with an emphasis on construction liens.

Mr. Serafimovski has appeared before all levels of the Ontario Court, various Tribunals and Boards.
