Michael Wills was born in Perth, Ontario. He articled with the McTague Law Firm prior to joining the firm in 1997 and became a partner
in 2002. Mr. Wills practices in the Employment and Labour Law Department, and represents clients in respect to collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations,
Labour Board proceedings, Human Rights issues, Workplace Safety and Insurance matters, and Employment Standards proceedings. In particular, Mr. Wills has an active practice in the area of union
certification and strike actions. Mr. Wills also represents management clients in actions for wrongful dismissal.
